Give As You Earn is a great way to support your employees and get involved in the community. It is the ideal first step towards a corporate community giving policy and a perfect way to complete your corporate giving by getting your employees involved too. Some of the main benefits of running a successful Give As You Earn scheme are:

  • staff can make tax free donations to their favourite causes straight from their pay
  • it leads to positive internal and external publicity
  • the employees' and the company's giving can be linked by matching staff donations and paying the administration cost on your employees' behalf
  • registration is free and the scheme is easy to administer for any payroll which can make pre-tax deductions
  • you can deduct any administrative costs from company profits for tax purposes.
