More people choose to come to RNC than any other specialist college because we are able to offer an individualised programme that will prepare people for the next step in their career, whether this is higher education, employment or self-employment.

RNC has been confirmed as number one of its kind in the country after receiving a glowing testimonial from education watchdogs Ofsted and ALI, describing RNC as an "Outstanding college providing high quality education and training where students' individual needs are very well met".

"The quality of teaching is significantly above that found within the Further Education sector"

"...exceptional culture of placing the needs of students at the centre of planning and of all the College's activities and developments"

We believe wholeheartedly in providing the best possible service for people who are blind or partially sighted, Ofsted have recognised that, so by getting involved and supporting us, you will see clearly too.

Providing and maintaining our services costs around £6million each year which cannot all be covered by statutory sources. We aim to raise at least £1million each year to help develop our general day to day services and would be extremely grateful if you feel able to support us. If you would like to help us now please click on the link in the left hand menu to visit our donation page.

Thank you.

RNC has been a real stepping stone for me since leaving school. My life appeared to be going nowhere after school, but RNC has really broadened my horizons. I hope to go on to University after here to pursue a career in Sound Recording, but I know I will keep in touch with some great friends I have met since I've been here.
Salmon is 22 and registered partially sighted.
